Information and consent form
We greatly appreciate your participation in this study. This is a study of how the COVID-19 pandemic may impact people’s lives. This study is conducted by an international team and we are looking for participants in the Czech Republic, Kosovo, Poland, Serbia, Switzerland, and the UK. In this study, we will ask you about how you experience the COVID-19 pandemic, about potential sources of information about COVID-19 and other topics, your feelings when it comes to COVID-19 and minority groups, and demographics (e.g. age). When it comes to minority groups, we will ask you questions about your experience with migrants from the Middle East. These migrants include people coming from, for example, Syria.
In this study, we observe how your experience of the COVID-19 pandemic changes over time. We would like you to complete this questionnaire, which is linked to a questionnaire that you completed 1 month ago. The completion of both questionnaires is crucial, otherwise, we might not be able to use your responses from the questionnaire. The survey will last about 15 minutes Your participation would be greatly appreciated and you would contribute to the understanding of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on people across different countries.
Please read through these terms before agreeing to participate by ticking the ‘yes’ box below. You may ask any questions related to this research before taking part by contacting the researcher (details below).
